Q. Do you sell hand reared birds and cages?
A. Yes. We have our own experienced hand-rearers and all birds hand reared birds are extremely friendly, we ensure customers handle the birds before they buy and give advice on care and feed. We have a good selection of cages and toys and we can provide the complete package for a beginner.
Q. Are your staff all experienced?
A. Most of our staff are either NVQ or equivalent trained. The company prides itself on continuous staff development and our customer service. Staff have areas where they have specialised.
Q. Do you sell other pets?
A. We sell rabbits, gunieapigs, chipmunks and small rodents plus all the accessories and feed you need.
Q. Do you sell horse feed?
A. We sell horse and small livestock feeds as well as some horse accessories.
Q. Can you deliver?
A. We will post or deliver most dry goods but not live animals
Q. Will you give me advice and recommend suitable species of birds for my aviary?
A. We always ask the customer questions about their aviary to establish the types of birds which are suitable, we provide advise on feed, care, nesting and seasonal changes. We will not allow anyone to purchase a bird if we believe the habitat is unsuitable. We are responsible bird keepers, we want our customers to feel confident in our service and products.
Q. Do you have a good range of dog and cat feed and accessories?
A. We have a vast range which is constantly expanding, our prices are very competitive and we even stock some unique feed ranges as well.
Q. Will you give me advice and recommend suitable animals?
A. We always ask the customer questions about their lifestyle and what they are expecting from a pet. We provide advice on feed, care and habitat. We will not allow anyone to purchase an animal if we believe the environment is unsuitable. We are a responsible pet store and want our customers to feel confident with their purchase and ensure the welfare of our animals. We are therefore members of the Pet Care Trust which sets standards and provides advice and guidance to quality stores we believe this demonstrates our commitment to good service.

A. Yes - complete set ups for reptiles, birds , fish, rabbits, hamsters etc. Vivariums , Cages, Tanks, hutches etc plus all the essentials, decor, toys and treats.
