Mill Lane Pet Centre is a pet superstore and has so much more to offer than your average pet shop.

Mill Lane Pet Centre was established in 1998 and originally specialised only in birds and bird care products of which owner Mr Alan Baldry has over 35 years experience. Over the years Mill Lane has supplied many Zoological Gardens with birds including Linton Zoo and Leeds Castle. We offer a unique service and cater for all bird keepers needs, both experienced and beginners. We supply everything needed and have one of the biggest selections of birds in the country.

The Pet Centre has grown considerably over the years and Mill Lane now sells tropical fish and cold water fish including Koi Carp also supplyies all accessories and equipment necessary to set up either a pond for the garden, or a fish tank for the home.

We were the first fully licensed Reptile supplier in Fenland. Setting a very high standard to ensure that the reptiles welfare and ideal environment is provided. The extensive and elaborate reptile and snake showroom is unmatched stocking a vast selection of snakes and lizards of varying sizes and prices. On display for customers to view are Ozzy and Izzy the resident Iguanas in their unique vivarium which they share with Terry the Terrapin who can be spotted occasionally!

In addition to the birds, fish and reptiles we also sell rabbits, guinea pigs and chipmunks.

Our customer base is national which is mainly credited to the knowledge and experience of the business and its staff - it is what has made the business so successful.

Reptile Parties are now offered by Mill Lane for a very special treat or for schools allowing children to handle snakes and lizards in their own home and share a special experience with their friends both educational and fun.

Mill Lane Pets has achieved awards for Best Bird Trade Stand at The National Cage & Aviary Birds Exhibition amongst tough competition. A real achievement as it recognises the welfare standards of the birds on sale.

Experience has proved the better quality the feed the better the result which is why we also only sell the very best quality feeds to our customers to use on their pets too. We have an enormous selection of feed including most of the specialist seeds, live food, frozen and an increasing range of other pet products and animal feeds including dog and cat food.
